I like the reverse side of this super postcard as well. There are some gorgeous multi media adornments in her work and they can be pretty striking. Great Planet2Janet postage too!
In a frenzy of 4th Dimensional production, Janet manufactured a veritable plethora of submissions to the Heebee Territories. The Heritage contingent will require nearly an entire floor to themselves in the Heebee Resort. Thank you very much Janet. Very nice to see you back in the 4th dear girl. 
Get a load of this beauty! Dedicated Dada Fluxist Lothar Trott revisits the Island with this cool "One Step Beyond/Twilight Zone" Pokuland postcard. It has the weird melodrama of the old Black and White TV shows look and feel to it. Nice one Lothar!
The 4th Dimension is very happy to see dear Lothar after a long while away. His unique style is always engaging and fun - and in this case, rather mysterious looking. I like that disrupted Artistamp as well.
Lothar's cryptic messages are always written in a Dada-ese scrawl. I like the brilliant formula that ends his nebulous note: (Fluxus + Dada + Love + Art) The beauty here is that this equation shows no conclusion and/or result! Like Zen! The Obscure Oracle of Desire. The majesty of the Island's Oracles is hard to deny. A chance meeting with this shimmering being could betray your sensibility regarding love and lust in the 4th Dimension. As if a powerful Cupid, many torrid affairs have been manifested by this creatures whimsical love prophecies.

He has marked off the voting choice I had made - apparently not the winner. It is great to have Roland here in the 4th and this interesting Fluxus contest is a fun Dada-antic experiment. I thought I had heard a foot stepping. A Heebee Island Snapdragon is pogo-stomping through the 4th Dimension and evidently having a blast by the looks of it's grinning face. These are care-free, happy-go-lucky creatures and smartly attired as well.

D.C.'s classic Mail Art Geisha having problems with the Mail Art she is receiving. On closer inspection you can find some pretty robust Mail Art characters names. I had just been reading John Held Jr's accounting of Guglielmo Achille Cavellini (see his famous sticker above, in the center) - fascinating and incredible! Spaulding's postcards are sometimes rich with Fluxus, Dada and Mail Artist commemoration. Gotta love it!

Super Aska has an interesting Art scheme. Ambitious too. The above piece is only a small part of the original painting that is now distributed to other Artists worldwide in an "Invisible Exhibition". Sounds like 4th Dimension thinking to me!

"I know, let's put a hat on him"! Owning a Kafka-like "Ungeziefer" (an unusual insect pet found here on the Island) can be a delightful experience. Here, we see a couple having fun with their new pet "bug" in the hat department of a Heebee Resort Boutique. Doesn't their charming friend look swanky now?

Procuring a crouton for a Brain Salad can be a messy culinary business. This tasty treat will not be found on the menu in the Confuse-A-Tron Lounge restaurant, as it is only for very special occasions and is quite expensive for obvious reasons.

"Tourist on the border" is what Cousin Arty's lovely postcard reads. Gunter sends in this commemorative card that recalls his wonderful trip to the 4th Dimension last summer. His card refers to the Dimensional border that separates the Heebee Territories from the 3-D real world. You can see my dear cousin in his motorcycle attire on the left - a special outfit for his festive vacation here.
Everybody here in the 4th is expecting Gunter to return to Heebee Island later in the year. We sure hope this exciting rumor is true. An interesting itinerary awaits him when he does. The Island rolls out the red carpet for those adventurous enough to make the trip here. Love the Gingerbread Man coming alive from the textile pattern and the cool Artistamps. "Cathedral of the Ancients". An ancient site of worship in the Fauxreal Republic - Sharon Kennick's realm of interest. You can really get the feel of a spiritual upheaval here - very active goings on, like staring into the open maw of a busy ethereal volcano. I'll put the brochures for this place on the Heebee Resort info table - a nice day trip from the Island!
Ladies and gentlemen, Richard Canard! After an apparent hiatus (cavorting and Lotus sniffing in his Heebee Territory Island retreat), Richard emerges as brilliantly as ever - (4th Dimension management will have to take care of his spending rampage however- as usual).
Richard confides that he was invited to speak at an Art Tourism and Mail Art class at the local community college. He says he brushed up on his Ray Johnson and Fluxus and "all that jazz"; but when he arrived, all they wanted to talk about was "Test Tower this and Test Tower that".
Richard continues to report that soon they began chanting and singing something about yours truly and became enthusiastically engaged in building several ersatz towers in the classroom. Oh, the reverence - I'm blushing!
Richard even declares that he happily joined in the frenzy. Now, I feel like I should build a "Canard" in reciprocation! Richard, I tip my hat old man!
The "Thomas Kinkade Complex" - perfect! The Island is, as is their custom, in a merry commotion with the return of Richard's unique Mail Art. This is quite a treat for the Locals because wherever Richard goes around here, fun is sure to follow. Thank you very much my friend, nice to see you here again! See you in the mail.

Nice to see Keith back on the Island. Keith and a mob of merry Fluxists recently had a grand time of it in NYC at the Stendhal Gallery, the Emily Harver Foundation Gallery, Printed Matter and various establishments that would tolerate them. Heh. It is certainly a pleasure to see the wonderful camaraderie they all displayed. I know, I would have enjoyed being there - blast it!.
