Heebee Post #89 - Ryosuke Cohen - Moriguchi City, Osaka - Japan

Very much like having a Mail Art Newspaper delivered to the 4th Dimension, "Brain Cell" #737 shows up in all it's international glory. This edition, as always, is larger than A4 and quite a spectacle.  Ryosuke's "Brain Cell" project is a sort of Mecca for Mail Artists. The list above comprises the participants for this issue alone. Ryosuke Cohen is a very well known and unique Mail Artist.  His project has been very well received and recognized everywhere in the Mail Art world for many years.  Thank you very much  Mr. Cohen.  He also conducts "Fractal Portraits". You should know about him. Find out here: www.ryosukecohen.com

Heebee Post #88 - Art Tower - Aschaffenburg - Germany

Heebee Island sculptures are often used to indicate various things. In this example, we know there must be a public restroom nearby. Gunter returns to the Island with this cool and "triumphant" postcard. Thanks very much my friend. Find out what's going on in the Art Tower World:  www.arttower.de

Heebee Post #87 - Capucine Mazille - St. Eusebe - France

And so, their incredible journey continued.......  This time they were sure to make it.  The Whale had been there before or at least he claimed to have been there.  After a while, they began to wonder again about their  legendary destination.
"Why did you ever come back from Heebee Island if it is such a paradise?" they asked the moody leviathan, testily......
"Whales have traveled through Trans-Dimensional waters for millenniums. What's the big deal"!?! The Whale's mouth had barely moved as he grumped out his answer, quite loudly.  "Now hold on!" he added gruffly and his speed picked up tremendously.
Actual Heebee Jeebee citizens are invariably a friendly lot and, if you have the time, they love to share stories of their lives and adventures.  Love this charming character. We are certainly delighted to have Capucine visiting here in the 4th Dimension. Thank you very much for this gorgeous envelope and card.  She is a very interesting Artist.  Wonder what else she is up to?  Treat yourself to this:  enicupac.online.fr/indexn6.htm

Heebee Post #86 - Diane Keys - Elgin, IL - USA

The Friendly Feline Club, one of the fine night spots inside the Confuse-a-Tron Lounge complex, is quite an exciting and sensational social scene for the young and young at heart.  Many visitors would rather sleep during the day and have their fun all night!
Thank you Diane for your Heebee Night Club vision and your Mail Art vacation in the 4th Dimension.  "Meet me at the Friendly Feline" is becoming a well used phrase here.  We do like to carry on a bit!

Heebee Post #85 - William L. Philyaw - Shawnee, KS - USA

Spending extensive time in the unexplored regions of the 4th Dimension can result in various unexpected calamities. Often,  a prolonged stay beyond the "Edge" and on into the vast Trans-4-D Frontier can cause hallucinogenic visions. And, although a seemingly spiritual experience, it can render the explorer nearly helpless as he can no longer trust his brain. Take notice:  Long treks into the uncharted 4-D Frontier, should always be accompanied by the savvy and seasoned Heebee Guides.
The Heebee Jeebee Tourist Bureau offers this as a public service message and also reminds us that there are plenty of attractions and things that astonish in the resort and settled areas of the Island.  The Trans-4-D Frontier is only for those with extreme adventure lust.
The jungle drums beat wildly in the distance as smoke clouds emerging from the thick canopy signal William's return to the Island!  A fabulous array of Vintage U.S. Postage adorns this trademark Philyaw envelope. Thanks very much! You can find out more about him by starting here: addressee.blogspot.com

Heebee Post #84 - Hugo S. Porcaro, Jr. - Gulfport, FL - USA

The Heebee "Clearing House" is a great way to relax. Settle yourself into one of the comfortable booths and for a short while, negative thoughts become neutralized or too vague to engage. An added feature now adds a feeling of accomplishment that can remain with you for hours.  This attraction is an Island exclusive!
Glad to have you visit the Island Hugo.  And thank you for the 4-D attraction card that adds greatly to the other amusements here.

Heebee Post # 83 - Roxanne Clark - Taos, NM - USA

A Trans-4D Aircraft is photographed just at as it leaves NYC airspace and enters into the 4th Dimension and on into Heebee Jeebeeland. No matter how frequently a traveler takes this flight, the transition between the dimensional fabrics is quite something to behold!
There's a sign post up ahead......Next Stop Heebee Jeebeeland! Island visitor Roxanne Clark sends in this great example of astounding Quasi-Dimensional Art. Also: the Chrysler Building is one of my favorite buildings.  Thank you very much Roxanne - love it!

Heebee Post #82 - Adamandia Kapsalis - Chicago, IL - USA

When these articles from the 3-D real world were discovered in the hands of Heebee Nomad Tribesmen, they were asked how they came to have them. The word "souvenirs" was the only explanation these jungle men could  offer. Could they be items brought here by the original Heebee Island Ship-wrecked Castaways from 1919?    3-D seed pods will not grow here in the 4th Dimension and must have confounded the Tribesmen's ancestors as well as the keys, for they had no use to them.
The Island certainly is elated to find Adamandia back on it's shores. Especially when she brings an interesting mystery to solve! Thank you very much for your new cool card my friend. She runs two Mail Art sites that you can find here:   www.a-fishy-requisite.blogspot.com  and here:  synaptic-patina.blogspot.com

Heebee Post #81 - Medwolf - Battleford, Saskatchewan - Canada

Heebee Jungle Explorer and 4-D Frontiersman Medwolf and his crew, Mrs. Medwolf and Rainbow Girl,  are seen here posing as they prepare for another sojourn back into the deep uncharted regions of the 4th Dimension.
These strange children were discovered by the Medwolf Expedition living as part of a larger group of wild youngsters that roam the rugged 4-D Frontier area known as "The Edge".  It is reported that they speak in a sort of shrill "Bird Language".
There are those in the remote regions of  the 4th Dimension that tell of a legendary wanderer. One whose journey led him far into the vast voids of the 4-D frontier........alone! Could that lone and mysterious explorer have been David Zack? Thank you so much for this great submission my friend. If any of you folks would like to help Medwolf find his friend, check in here: medwolf.blogspot.com

Heebee Post #80 - Coralette Damme - ST. Petersburg, FL - USA

3 AM, the soul's midnight. About the time when the Heebee Were-Cat comes tippy-toeing out into the pale 4-D moonlight, searching for fish brains! You are not likely to ever see these nocturnal reclusive creatures, unless you are foolish enough to store fish brains in your Hotel room.
Please pay attention to the various "Public service messages" posted around the Island. Yes, The Crafty Hag, as Coralette humorously refers to herself, is back on the Island with this great postcard denoting this freaky Feline phenomena. Thank you very much for your cool art. Find out more about The Crafty Hag: www.craftyhag.com

Heebee Post #79 - Bernhard Zilling - Berlin - Germany

Heebee Jeebeeland continues to feature fun family value interests and this Island attraction is an example of how these values can be manifested. The "Family Nucleus Meld" ride is specifically made for the celebration of family togetherness and can bring even the most disintegrating family groups back as a functioning and loving unit. As an Island exclusive - this attraction alone can warrant a vacation in the 4th Dimension.
Thank you Bernhard for this great concept card and welcome to the 4th Dimension. If you would like to see a very interesting project and it's great cerebral results - Check Bernhard's last Mail Call "Rich and Poor". He has a unique approach and you may enjoy this thoughtful Mail Art study: bernhard-zilling.de/?page_id=27

Heebee Post #78 - Jennifer Zoellner - ST. Petersburg, FL - USA

One of the more spectacular sights on the Heebee Island shores is the incredible Mermaid Sea-Caves. Located at the the bottom of a treacherously steep cliff, it has been almost completely inaccessible until very recently, when a tunnel was dug and an observation  area was built, deep inside the mountain that abruptly ends at the sea. It is quite a mysterious sight, beholding the gloomy cavernous life of these fantastic creatures as they playfully squeal and splash about. Ancient Mermaid skeletons, fossilized into the walls of this erie realm only adds to this extraordinary 4th Dimension vision of sea life.
Jennifer has incorporated her Mermaid Sea-Caves lunch ticket into a lovely postcard. And look at those "S & H Green Stamps". Wow, those bring back memories! Nice cancellation Rubber stamp too Jen. Thank you so much for your 4-D aqua world card. There is still plenty of time to join in her popular project "Chromatophore" jenniferzoe.blogspot.com

Heebee Post #77 - Bendigo - Newark, Nottingham - U.K.

There is always plenty of provocative art adorning the gallery walls of the Confuse-a-Tron Lounge cocktail area. One of the newest additions is this festive arrangement, a sort of postage-art cocktail itself.
It is too bad that the metallic sheen of this card can't be reproduced here, it really enhances this interesting postcard. Thank you very much Bendigo. Glad to have you visit the Island. Now let's go into the Lounge for a "Creepin' Tango" cocktail and check out some art!

Heebee Post #76 - E. Buado - Chicago, IL - USA

4th Dimensional "Love Birds" vary in shape and size and type. No one can actually own them outright, but they are given as "gift pets" to enjoy only during the vacationer's stay here. These birds cannot travel trans-dimensionally and so they must be released when the guest departs from the Island. Although they appear strange looking, they are wonderful temporary "friends" and their humorous antics are a pleasure to witness.
E. Buado's work seems remarkably like Ed Buddz B.'s stuff. Very interesting. Not that it makes too much of a difference as this is a fine card for Heebee Jeebeeland. Thank you so much my friend. The Island locals love the work you are doing and the distant jungle drums started up again in a frantic joy when this card arrived this morning. Find our mysterious friend here: edbuddz.blogspot.com

Heebee Post #75 - Frances Haney - Gulfport, FL - USA

There is nothing more unwanted in the 3-D reality world than a scary looking Clown. There are many refugees here on Heebee Island that found it impossible to cohabitate in that ordinary dimension because of fear from the general public. Frances writes that she is predisposed to not liking these frightening Clowns and "Can you take it to a happy place?" Yes Ma'am, we sure can and did. Now he is with the other so-called "Happy Scary Clowns" that are frolicking and having fun here in the 4th Dimension. Thank you Frances for your brand of very fun cards.
