A word of warning: You are about to cross through a "Thought Stream". The 4th Dimension features many of these collective conscious tributaries and streams. As you ford through them, you are submerged for a moment into a busy  intersection of wandering thoughts that has no traffic signal. Harmless and interesting, visitors are warned to fasten their mental safety belts before crossing.

"Pirates"!  The excited cry brings everyones attention to the approaching ship that flies the Jolly Roger. These Island guests are not frightened, but instead are thrilled by the friendly Brigand's visit. The guests know the next few hours will be filled with colorful tales and high spirits as these 4th Dimensional sea-faring fellows entertain even the most sober-sided visitor. Arrrrgh! 
It's nice to see Hugo return to 4-D Island paradise with this merry old salty sailor postcard. Thank you very much Captain Porcaro (also known as "Rev.Hugo" on my space).

Heebee Post #98 - Brent Leopold - Camp Hill, PA - USA

Fashion minded Felines are all the rage at the Confuse-a-Tron Lounge these days. The furry hipster seen above is enjoying his new smarty cat look while adorned in a lovely Cow hat. Other cats have been showing up in likewise fashion to the amusement and delight of Island visitors. No one can be certain how this current trend started, but it is catching on quickly.Brent has returned to the 4th Dimension with this cool "Hepcat" postcard and a dissertation on "Life stories of the Bland". Boy, do we know how you feel. A little bit of that can go a long way and indeed can be "painful to hear". Interestingly, he adds "Heebee Island is an escape to a visual Eyeland, filled with Pop-Rock Stars". That is a very kind assessment Mr. Leopold. My dear Canard, a postcard is indeed a passport to Heebee Jeebeeland. And anybody that comes up with a word like "Artistickle" is automatically given the Key to the 4th Dimension and, happily, a residency here (complete with 5 star cafeteria.......yum)!
Richard is back on the Island with his usual thoughtful brand of confounding banter. He was also the first to extensively map out The Heebee Island group and so become a VIP of the 4th Dimension Territories. Thanks very much Richard. Yes, an "artistikle residency in the south of St. Trap Ease"  is a grand idea.  Stay tuned for more of this charming artist.

Heebee Island boasts a wide assortment of refreshments and confections not found in the real 3-D world. One of the more popular treats to be tried here is the "Ice Dream Cone". While enjoying this delicious frozen delicacy, one begins to drift into a comfortable mental state full of happy memories, jungle drums and fanciful ideas. The Dream Cone Hut is open around the clock for those late night guests that just can't get enough out of the day.

The "Hall of Magic Mirrors" in the Confuse-a-Tron Lounge area is another must see attraction for many Island Visitors. Although sometimes controversial, because the Mirrors tell truths about their viewers, this can be a life changing event. A counselor is always available, should the "Truth" be too overwhelming for the Visitor.
The Mirrors always have a very personal message for their beholder. Wilma's image, seen in the reflection above,  can only be interpreted by her. A Mirror Guide may accompany you and offer suggestions to aid in what is offered in the 4-D image maker, but only you can decide for yourself what significance it actually means regarding your life. "Everyone has the right to periodic holidays with pay" And, evidently, the right to have unabashed fun while on holiday. You never know who will show up at the Confuse-a-Tron Lounge's "open mike" hour to entertain the spunky crowd of festive visitors. Luis Bunuel would be proud.
"Money is better than poverty if only for financial reasons" so it reads on this beautifully made 500 Zenones note. Two tickets coming right up Miguel and we shall put the change onto the El Taller de Zenon 4-D spending account. Your wife is going to love you for this.

When there is a clashing with the reality of the 3-D world along the Trans-Dimensional seam - a friction between the two can develop causing some very unusual stormy weather. Clowns are afoot in the 4th Dimension alright and they can be an ill-behaved bunch. What the heck are they doing out there in the jungle at night? As their numbers here increase, so does their hypnotic effect on people. The "Underground 4-D Clown Movement" is a growing concern for Heebee Officials. It is a general Island rule to just avoid them if you can and never take any advice from them seriously.
It's great to have Scott visiting the Island, especially with this fabulous postcard. And check out that cool "The Science of Mail Art" sticker in the corner. This little gal stands agog and wide-eyed in her new 4-D paradise surroundings. The initial emotional response upon arriving here in the 4th Dimension can be entirely overwhelming, particularly for children. Shortly after this snap was taken, this lovely child was having the time of her young life!

Very much like having a Mail Art Newspaper delivered to the 4th Dimension, "Brain Cell" #737 shows up in all it's international glory. This edition, as always, is larger than A4 and quite a spectacle.  Ryosuke's "Brain Cell" project is a sort of Mecca for Mail Artists. The list above comprises the participants for this issue alone. Ryosuke Cohen is a very well known and unique Mail Artist.  His project has been very well received and recognized everywhere in the Mail Art world for many years.  Thank you very much  Mr. Cohen.  He also conducts "Fractal Portraits". And so, their incredible journey continued.......  This time they were sure to make it.  The Whale had been there before or at least he claimed to have been there.  After a while, they began to wonder again about their  legendary destination.

  "Why did you ever come back from Heebee Island if it is such a paradise?" they asked the moody leviathan, testily......

 "Whales have traveled through Trans-Dimensional waters for millenniums. What's the big deal"!?! The Whale's mouth had barely moved as he grumped out his answer, quite loudly.  "Now hold on!" he added gruffly and his speed picked up tremendously. 
Actual Heebee Jeebee citizens are invariably a friendly lot and, if you have the time, they love to share stories of their lives and adventures.  Love this charming character.We are certainly delighted to have Capucine visiting here in the 4th Dimension. The Friendly Feline Club, one of the fine night spots inside the Confuse-a-Tron Lounge complex, is quite an exciting and sensational social scene for the young and young at heart.  Many visitors would rather sleep during the day and have their fun all night!
