Heebee Post #29 - Stan Askew - Pasadena, CA - USA

This smiley snake handler has been seen showing off her stuff lately on the Confuse-a-Tron Lounge stage for the Lunch and Cocktails bunch that regularly gather there during the afternoon hours. You won't want to miss this!
We are delighted that Stan has returned to the Island with his unusual brand of humor and style. His postcards are superb! Thank you very much! Like to see more of Stan's handiwork? Try this: http://www.photoaskew.com/

Heebee Post #28 - Valery Shimanovsky - Nizhnekamsk, Tartarstan - Russia

Hello dear Valery and thank you for such a lovely Holiday greeting! Folks, the postage on this card was canceled on December 6, 2008 - nearly three months ago! Surely our great nations can do a better job! Although, it is hard to complain when I am so delighted to get this from such a well known character and wonderful Mail Artist from so far away.

The Mail Art call shown here is due April 1, 2009. With Olga Sorokina! Nizhnekamsk is home to a whole gang of talented Mail Artists! A Heebee 4-D effort will be in the mail very soon. Thanks very much for thinking of me Valery and I wish you the best for 2009!

Heebee Post #27 - Xtina Solano - San Leandro, CA - USA

A gorgeous ATC depicting the 4-D activity that surrounds and encapsulates the Island. Entitled "Obsessive".

Nice packaging for the ATC's to accompany the postcard.

The sky celebrates with a dislpay of fury as the Island's canopy. Acrylic on canvas.

Another beautiful 4-D Island activity ATC map. Mate to the other and I love them both! This one entitled: "Devour". Thank you so much Xtina. If you would like to see more by her, check here: http://flickr.com/photos/11667842@N05/

Heebee Post #26 - Adamandia Kapsalis - Chicago, IL - USA

There are many wonders here on the Island and beachcombing here can provide fantastical collecting results that both delight and stagger the imagination.
These are fine specimens of a new dimension that knows no bounds in it's diversity and jaw dropping beauty. They do, however, become unstable in the confines of our 3-D reality and must, therefore, remain on the Island. Thank you very much Adamandia for showing these to the world. Visit her sites: http://synaptic-patina.blogspot.com/ and http://a-fishy-requisite.blogspot.com/ .

Heebee Post #25 - Nancy Scali - Claremont, CA - USA

Behold! The awesome geological 4-D birth of Heebee Island. No one can claim certainty of when this might have occurred, but we all know it did! Thank you very much Nancy for your scientifical art.

Heebee Post #24 - Jennifer Zoellner - ST. Petersburg, FL - USA

A giant heroin sun casts it spell down onto a crowded beach. Crowds like this are a thing of the past on Heebee Island.
Thanks Jen for that cool wicked little card. You can find her holding Chromatophore court here :http://www.jenniferzoe.blogspot.com/

Heebee Post #23 - Nancy Scali - Claremont, CA - USA

An instant Heebee classic! Nancy's artwork has manifested the bedroom in the odd cartoon of the weird wallpaper coming to life (see "Welcome to Heebee Jeebeeland" on the side panel). A wonderful 3D fold-out portrayal of that strange tale. Thank you so much for your cool craftmanship. I adore the haunting entry you made for the Island's "Confuse-a-Tron Lounge" gallery. Way to go Nancy!

Heebee Post #22 - Christine Tarantino - Wendell, MA - USA

One of the oldest man-made attractions on the Island, the Lookout Tower is still as popular as ever. Built by the original shipwrecked castaways, it is often used for weddings and uninhibited 4-D parties.

The Lookout Tower is also a wild culinary adventure as seen in this delicate piece. Thanks so much Christine. "Meet ya at The Top" and it's on me this time. These are great! For more of Christine's merry mischief check here: http://www.christinetarantino.blogspot.com/.

Heebee Post #21 - William L. Philyaw - Shawnee, KS - USA

A breathtaking glimpse of a Trans - 4D flight arrival by a meditative Island resident. Fantastical wonders abound in Heebee Jeebeeland!

William refers to the great artist Thomas Hart Benton. Like that "P" monogram rubber stamp too.
And how about this assortment of vintage beauties? Gotta love postage like this. Thanks very much William, I love that postcard! To enter William's very interesting world, check here: http://www.addressee.blogspot.com/

Heebee Post #20 - Rachel Freeman - Lawrence, KS - USA

An Island tug moves languidly near the shoreline. It is difficult to display all the work that went into this fine post card. It is composed of many cut up pieces of film. It has a great feel to it, both to the eyes and to the hands.

4-D livestock are quite content here. Heebee farm life appeals to many of our visitors.

A cool rendering of Trans- Dimensional travel. Another adornment for the walls of the "Confuse-a-Tron Lounge".

A momento from her home state.

Lovely postage, a couple of nautical stamps, and a great Mail Artists Union stamp. Thank you so much for your wonderful art Rachel. Find her charming site here: http://mailartforrachel.blogspot.com/.

Heebee Post #19 - Lorraine Kwan - Vancouver - BC - Canada

And Alice may be in for dangerous quasi-trans-4D adventure levels. Wonderland indeed!

I like Lorraine's sense of humor. Good luck Alice and thank you very much Lorraine. Join in her lively blog here: http://www.paperandpostage.blogspot.com/.

Heebee Post #18 - Little Shiva - Charleroi - Belgium

A 4-D launching off to Heebee Jeebeeland can be started from anywhere as seen in this joyous departure.

Yes, yes, yes! Voodoo fun! Thats the spirit! I like that little "You are here" stamp too. Thanks, Little Shiva. If you wanna see more of the amazing Little Shiva try this: http://www.littleshiva.com/.

Heebee Post #17 - Michael Kudela - Niagra Falls, NY - USA

" Welcome home", always the sensation achieved by trans-dimensional traveling to the Island. A warm agelessness is felt immediately upon arrival.

Thanks very much Michael. Glad to have you on Heebee Island.

Heebee Post # 16 - Christine Tarantino - Wendell, MA - USA

Like a lone sentinel with a grim nobleness, this tower stands under "Peace of Sky".

A vintage US 50c prospector commemorative stamp postcard.

Love this little Christine stamp. Thanks very much. Towers are one of our favorite things here.

Heebee Post #15 - Jennifer Zoellner - ST. Petersburg, FL - USA

An Island Valentine's Day Card. Dancing around the fire is indeed a regular treat here in 4D paradise. Is that a Ray Johnson stamp in the corner? Nice. Happy Valentine's Day to you Jen and thanks very much.

Heebee Post #14 - Nancy Scali - Claremont, CA - USA

Heebee Valentine cards are so appreciated here and this is a fabulous one.

Thank you Nancy for your beautiful cut-outs. They are great. And Happy Valentine's Day.

Heebee Post #13 - Gail D. Whitter - Trail - BC - Canada

Gail writes that "This little Bumbledum needs a home" Yes, the Island can accomodate him and, as you can see, he is already prancing about happily!
More interesting Island wildlife. We really enjoy the unsual nature here. A lovely Heebee Lizard.

The contents trans-dimensional safety is ensured by being enclosed in sealed plastic. These are great. Thank you very much Gail. Visit her fine blog here: http://postcardreadings.blogspot.com/

Heebee Post #12 - Medwolf - Battleford - Saskatchewan - Canada

A festive Heebee party mask including his ever present question: Is David Zack really? He seeks his answer in the 4D forests of the Island. May you find it!
Love the "follow directions" rubber stamping appearing here. Thanks, Medwolf! To find out more about the mystifying saga of David Zack try this: http://www.medwolf.blogspot.com/

Heebee Post #11 - Christine Tarantino - Wendell, MA - USA

Off to Heebee Jeebeeland! Christine's "unleashed" body waits comfortably for it's owner to return from her 4th Dimensional antics! These "vacations" can seem like days, even weeks, though they are, in 3D reality, as short as a luxuriously refreshing nap.
A majestic altered postcard. It has been rumored that Katmandu is flirting with Trans-4D. Sure looks like it!

The two cards arrived safely enclosed in a sealed plastic wrapper - like a delightful prize in a cereal box! Thank you Christine.

Heebee Post #10 - Lulu Zoellner - ST. Petersburg, FL - USA

A spirited and very lively Island dance scene as drawn from the notion of her visit here.
If I am not mistaken, she has just had her 6th Birthday. Thank you very much for your imaginative art Lulu.

Heebee Post #09 - Jennifer Zoellner - ST. Petersburg, FL - USA

One of the TV Showgirls from the "Confuse-a-Tron Lounge" playhouse stage company. The Island showcases local talent here in the 4th Dimension.

Welcome to Heebee Jeebeeland Jennifer and thank you for your "entertaining" art. The "senders receive" postage is cool too.
