Chepin makes a strong point here. The spirit of Heebee Jeebeeland is further from the 3-D real world in some regards than it is dimensionally apart.
Chepin sent in this great looking Mail Art package, hard clear instructional plastic envelope adorned in various stickers (check her hastily scribbled in faux postage stamp added on at the last moment to meet requirement)!
