 This little fellow seems to be directing traffic on the Moon. I am liking this futuristic vision of carving the Moon into a sort of outer space Disneyland for humans to frolic in. Happy living in desolation! This is particularly interesting to me, because I actually live on West Main street. I expect this card is actually depicting the "Decentralized World Wide" aspect of the "Networker Congress" rubber stamp seen below.
