"Somewhere, over the radioactive Rainbow" warbles our the trans-dimensional hero as he clicks the heels of his rubbery boots together three times. "There's no place like the 4th Dimension". This is a fabulous, eye popping card that really does an entertaining job depicting the party goin' on at Heebee Island.

Ms. Cara goes on to explain that 4th Dimensional Riff-Raff have recklessly blown smoke rings, creating little gateways to Heebee Jeebeeland. These kind of folks are known as the "Willies". When I was a kid, there was an old cartoon I saw many times on TV. While a child was sleeping, the unusual wallpaper all over his room came to life and began to dance back and forth, up and down in a rather fanciful symmetry accompanied by a sort of goofy graveyard mischief music. All manner of mayhem went on until the sun shone again at dawn and the dancing pranksters rushed back to their original spots and the wallpaper became still again. It is in the vicinity of that realm that Heebee Jeebeeland exists.
