Heebee Post #750 - Hal S. - Chapel Hill, North Carolina - USA

Hal S. makes his debut in Heebee Jeebeeland with this incredibly ethereal looking postcard. On the left, he writes: "So you think you are a Fish or a basketball"? Well Hal, I'm seeing an odd, puffy monkey-bear, swimming in an inter-dimensionally charged cloudburst! And I must add that I like it very much!

The little bit of rain that fell on the reverse side gives it an even more inter-dimensional feel. Is the top panel the talking dog after he leaped through the 'hole' in the cosmic barrier? A lovely card Mr S. Thank you very much and see ya in the mail.

When I was a kid, there was an old cartoon I saw many times on TV. While a child was sleeping, the unusual wallpaper all over his room came to life and began to dance back and forth, up and down in a rather fanciful symmetry accompanied by a sort of goofy graveyard mischief music. All manner of mayhem went on until the sun shone again at dawn and the dancing pranksters rushed back to their original spots and the wallpaper became still again. It is in the vicinity of that realm that Heebee Jeebeeland exists.
