The nebulous world of William Philyaw is always a treat for the eyes and mind. Deliberately conjuring up a "Fashion Confuse-a-Tron" to render the imagination unsteady (and vulnerable?), his ingredients are always a happy family working together to create the delightfully unusual postcard visions he sends out to his mail art pals.
