This cool ATC was sent in by Penelope Samuel from neighboring Longview. The second Artist in the nearby town this month to have something in Heebee Jeebeeland. This friendly and playful little fellow seems to be enjoying himself here on the Island. I'm sure he will find some playmates here soon! When I was a kid, there was an old cartoon I saw many times on TV. While a child was sleeping, the unusual wallpaper all over his room came to life and began to dance back and forth, up and down in a rather fanciful symmetry accompanied by a sort of goofy graveyard mischief music. All manner of mayhem went on until the sun shone again at dawn and the dancing pranksters rushed back to their original spots and the wallpaper became still again. It is in the vicinity of that realm that Heebee Jeebeeland exists.
