It's always a festive occasion when Janet is here. Her works are visual feasts that keep the eye moving. This one reminds me of the Beatles "And your bird can sing" by John Lennon. What a beauty this museum like postcard is!
The reproduction here really does not do this piece justice. The letters and mixed media here are glittering and golden and really just burst out visually when seen in person. Absolutely gorgeous - thank you very much Janet. Something your way soon!
