Almost as if a brochure, printed on a shiny, stiff commercial style paper - gives it a great, sort of professional effect. It came inside the lively yellow envelope behind it. Fleur has an affection for her city - that I share, having been born in Oakland. Fleur's creations are always beautiful, precision-like and entertaining. See the little art brochure unfold below.

The city of Oakland has many wonderful features and Fleur takes advantage of a few with her camera.  Some subtle and some meant to get your attention.
